Our talented chocolate sculptress based Elizapeck, Woolliam, and Rabbert on your favourite farmyard friends. The moulds were first hand-sketched and hand-carved, then filled with irresistible chocolate. The result? A loveable Easter gift that’s almost too good to eat! Each hollow character follows the Hotel Chocolat principle of more cocoa, less sugar, so you can ensure the kids get a delicious treat without overloading on the sweet stuff.

Though of course, grown ups can enjoy these delectable nibbles, too! Wooliam is perfect for those who have a love for white chocolate. With 46% cocoa butter, he brings a creamy texture and a subtle sweetness that complements the nuanced cacao notes. And then there’s Elizapeck, another favourite character. Made from 40% milk chocolate with a sumptuous caramel twist, she offers a gently warming flavour.

And, of course, we can’t forget Rabbert, our favourite bunny. You’ll find him crafted from our signature milk chocolate, brimming with cacao, and offering light yet bold flavours. His white chocolate paws and dark chocolate features add the final endearing touch.
