It’s a challenge our chocolatiers were excited to take on. Following many an afternoon spent taste-testing, and meticulously refining, this lemon curd chocolate recipe is the result.

Crafted with lovers of lemon curd in mind, we went all out to ensure this lemon chocolate recipe captured everything you’d expect from the classic tea and toast favourite. We serve our interpretation of lemon curd as it should be: in a generously thick layer that’s silky-soft and velvet-smooth. Take a bite and unleash a flood of authentic lemon zing that will set your tongue’s tang-receptors aquiver. A soothing melt from the white chocolate cup follows swiftly, taming the zesty compote with astonishingly creamy lemon and white chocolate notes. To recreate that toasted texture, we blended almonds until smooth and added crispy corn flake pieces to create a deeply satisfying crispy almond praline cap.
