We create our milk chocolate in line with our “More cocoa, less sugar” mantra, allowing the delicate tones and subtle flavours to shine. Plus, we directly grow some of our beans on our Rabot Estate in St. Lucia, where the fertile soil and tropical climate work in harmony to create the perfect conditions for growing our cocoa beans. Having a hands-on role in our cocoa production means that we can put our core values of ethical, sustainable farming into practice. We wouldn’t have it any other way! Caramel. Almond. Chocolate. Name a more iconic trio. While striving to find the ideal combination of these three ingredients, our chocolatiers came up with our Treacle Tarts. The almond praline adds a nutty dimension to our classic milk chocolate and gorgeously thick caramel adds a touch of sweetness to the mix. Lifted to new heights by a hint of lemon – there’s nothing like it.

Ingredients: milk caramel (25%) (sweetened condensed MILK, glucose fructose syrup, sugar, flavouring), cocoa solids (cocoa butter, cocoa mass), sugar, ALMOND NUTS paste (12%), full cream MILK powder, corn flakes (4%) (milled corn, sugar, malt flavouring (from BARLEY), salt), molasses, butter oil (from MILK), skimmed MILK powder, emulsifiers (SOYA lecithin, sunflower lecithin), flavourings, caramelised sugar, essential oil (lemon), natural colour (paprika).
Milk chocolate contains minimum 40%  cocoa solids, minimum 20% milk solids.
