It’s not just the texture that benefits from the use of high cocoa butter – the taste is also improved. That’s because cocoa butter carries an extremely delicate flavour profile, letting you enjoy all the nuanced notes of cocoa in a different way.

Our chocolatiers wanted to craft a mould that would let you experience all the different tasting notes of our chocolate grades. Thus, our batons were born. Its elegant size and smooth curves make it the perfect choice to let you appreciate each chocolate note with every bite.

We’ve included 15 batons so that there’s more than enough to share. Of course, you may want to savour these for yourself.
