We are proud of our white chocolate – we’ve searched high and low, but we can’t find any other white chocolate with as much cocoa butter and as little sugar as ours. We used a minimum of 36% cocoa butter in our white chocolate, giving it a creamy hue and a delectable melt. 

Cocoa butter is the naturally-occuring fat in the cocoa bean, and it gives the white chocolate delicate notes of cocoa. We don’t use any artificial flavours, ever – we don’t need to. The creamy flavour of milk and the delicate notes of the cocoa butter give a satisfyingly rich taste – and it’s all natural.
