8. Orders – How Contracts Are Formed

  • 8.5 If We do not accept or cannot fulfil your Order, any payment taken will be refunded promptly.

9. Payment

  • 11.2 You have a 30 Calendar Day right to reject non-conforming Goods for a full refund or request a replacement. Specific rules apply regarding replacements and extended time periods.
