8. Orders – How Contracts Are Formed

- 8.5 If We do not accept or cannot fulfil your Order, any payment taken will be refunded promptly.
- 8.6 We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any item purchased.

9. Payment
Payment for Goods and delivery must be made in advance. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Maestro, PayPal, and Klarna.
10. Delivery, Risk and Ownership

- 10.3 If We fail to deliver within 30 calendar days of Our Dispatch Confirmation, you may have the right to cancel your Order under specified circumstances.
- 10.6 Delivery is complete when Goods are delivered to the address in your Order.
- 10.7 The risk in the Goods remains with Us until they come into your physical possession.
- 10.8 Ownership passes to you once We have received full payment.

- 11.2 You have a 30 Calendar Day right to reject non-conforming Goods for a full refund or request a replacement. Specific rules apply regarding replacements and extended time periods.
- 11.3 This clause does not apply if you were informed of an issue before purchase or if you have simply changed your mind.
